What do you do to de-stress? When I'm overwhelmed or feeling stressed, I look to my dog. Whether I'm petting
him on his belly, cuddling on the couch, or walking him, he reminds me about the important
things in life - to breathe and take in all that's around me slowly and curiously.
When I allow myself to be with him and connect with his innocence - I slow down, then
my world slows down. |
What do you do to de-stress? I like to do restorative yoga, take walks with my dogs, and make collages when I
want to de-stress.
