What do you do to de-stress? I de-stress by walking, reading, practicing yoga, breathing, and enjoying my family and friends.

Interesting background fact about you? One of my majors in college was dance and I trained in the classic modern technique of Martha Graham.

Interesting background fact about you?
 I went on a 6-week solo backpacking trip through Europe 10 years ago, and discovered my roots on the Greek island of Zakynthos. It was then and there when I decided to move to Santa Barbara upon my return to the U.S... and it was the best decision I had ever made!
