Interesting background fact about you? One of my majors in college was dance and I trained in the classic modern technique of Martha Graham.

What do you do to de-stress? Soak in the Jacuzzi, work in my garden, walk, go camping at the beach.
Interesting background fact about you?  I drove to Alaska to spend the Summer camping and fishing.  I caught a husband, hook, line and sinker.

What do you do to de-stress? When I'm overwhelmed or feeling stressed, I look to my dog.  Whether I'm petting him on his belly, cuddling on the couch, or walking him, he reminds me about the important things in life - to breathe and take in all that's around me slowly and curiously.  When I allow myself to be with him and connect with his innocence - I slow down, then my world slows down.
Interesting background fact about you? I've held 3 careers in my life, an early childhood professional, sales, and currently, a marriage, family therapy intern and I have fallen in love with all 3. Whatever you're interested in - pursue it - with intense curiosity!
