AP7500 Professional Volunteers
Professional Volunteer Requirements:
- Board Approval is required for all Professional Volunteers (See AP7500).
 - TB and LiveScan (fingerprints) are usually required depending on the volunteer assignments.
 - Volunteers transporting students or operating a college vehicle must be approved by Risk Manager contact (805) 730-4065.
 - Reference calendar below for board approval deadlines.

Professional Volunteer Process:
- Prospective professional volunteer (PV) fills out form
 - Manager approves and signs form, sends to dean
 - Dean approves, signs PV form, uploads request to secure link.
 - HR will inform department when the board has cleared the volunteer assignment.
