The SBCC Transfer Center provides a variety of services, resources, and programs designed
to assist you every step of the way in your transfer process. Whatever your transfer
destination; University of California (UC) campuses, California State Universities
(CSU), California Private/Independent Colleges, or out-of-state universities, the
Transfer Center is committed to helping make your transfer goal a reality.

Fall 2012 UC Application Update deadline is January 31st. To complete the update log into your UC Application.
USC does not require the College Officials Report Form from the Common Application.
The following CSU campuses are still accepting applications for Fall 2012: Cal Maritime, CSU Bakersfield, CSU Dominguez Hills, CSU East Bay, Fresno State,
and CSU Stanislaus. Apply today via CSUMentor.
International students applying to CSU campuses must use the International Application for all campuses except Cal Poly Pomona, Cal Poly SLO, CSU Channel Islands, and
CSU Fullerton. San Diego State allows students to submit either the Domestic or International
application.

Transfer Recognition Award. In acknowledgement of achieving your educational objective, the Transfer Recognition Award enables the college to personally congratulate you. All students who are eligible for the Transfer Recognition Award will be given a frameable certificate.

Transfer Center Services and Resources
- Drop-In Counseling: assistance with exploring universities, using transfer websites and tools, assistance with university applications. Drop-in assistance is available on Mondays & Thursdays: 9:00am - 4:00pm and Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:00am - 5:00pm.
- Appointments with four-year university admissions representatives

- Computer Lab
- Articulation Agreements for UC and CSU on ASSIST that identify SBCC courses guaranteed to fulfill admissions and university graduation requirements
- Degree Audit Reporting System, U Achieve/DARS where you can check your academic progress towards IGETC for UC or CSU, CSU-GE/Breadth, UC or CSU transferable units and G.P.A.
