Travel & Housing

Air Transportation. SBCC has contracted with CEPA to provide travel and housing arrangements for the Germany Summer ’18 Program.

Group Flight Deadline:  March 19, 2018

CEPA will organize an optional round-trip group flight from LAX to Berlin and from Munich to LAX on a regularly scheduled airline. Airfare is not included in the program price. Space on the group flight cannot be guaranteed after the deadline on March 19th, 2018. The group flight must have a minimum of 10 participants. In case the minimum is not reached, the group flight might be canceled.

You may make your own travel arrangements if you do not wish to travel with the group. All program participants have to provide their flight details to the SBCC Study Abroad office by April 20, 2018.

Transportation from/to excursions and next destinations are either by train or private bus and public transportation passes will be arranged for the stay in Berlin, Amsterdam, Frankfurt and Munich.

Participants missing the designated group arrival transfer are responsible for checking in at the designated arrival point and time on the scheduled date of arrival and are responsible for all transfer arrangements and associated costs.

Detailed arrival information will be provided to all participants approximately two weeks prior to arrival.

Housing Arrangements. Exact housing placements will be given to you upon your arrival. 

You will stay at conveniently located 2-3-star hotels in twin rooms in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Amsterdam.
