Steps to Enrollment

Now that you've applied to the college, there's still a little more to do before you start classes.

	Apply to SBCC You've already finished this step. Student Portal - Pipeline Log on to the student portal at http://pipeline.sbcc.edu The portal will allow you to complete college transactions including checking registration status, finding your SBCC I.D., add and drop classes, etc.
	Apply for Financial Aid (Optional) Yes, it's optional Why not try?
	Participate in Orientation Complete SBCC college orientation. Required for most new students and recommended for all others. It's okay to complete assessment prior to orientation.
	Take Assessment/Prerequisites Complete Assessment Testing or meet the Alternatives to Testing requirements. Many classes have prerequisites - check the Schedule of Classes prior to your registration appointment.
	Utilize Advising Services Required for most new students and recommended for all others.
	Register for Classes and Pay Register for classes online during priority or open registration. Pay fees on or before the deadline.
