The Santa Barbara City College School of Nursing includes three nursing programs, the Associate Degree Nursing Program, the Vocational Nursing Program and the Certified Nursing Assistant and Home Health Aide Program. Each program is well respected in the community. The graduates are prepared to work in a variety of settings in the health care field. All graduates who want to work are hired before they even finish our programs. Our pass rates are extremely high on both the certification and licensing exams.
The faculty are committed to providing a quality education for health care professionals and are very proud of our programs, students and graduates. We take our responsibility seriously to prepare nurses who are able to provide excellent, quality patient care in our community. We feel privileged to be able to help define the future of nursing and how it is practiced today and how it will be practiced in the future.
