Since it was founded in 1909, Santa Barbara City College has relied on its vibrant, dedicated and talented faculty and staff to ensure the success of each student. In our Centennial year, SBCC celebrates everyone who has helped make the college what it is today.

Stanback-Stroud Diversity Award Winner

Kathy Molloy, SBCC professor of English and English Skills, and Title V Project Director, has been awarded the 2011 Stanback-Stroud Diversity Award of the Academic Senate for California Community Colleges. The Stanback-Stroud Diversity Award honors individuals who perform in an exemplary manner to advance campus diversity by making exceptional contributions to the college beyond usual obligations.
