Recent Information from the Chancellor's Office
The California state budget crisis has prompted the State to re-examine the types
of courses it can continue to support based on current funding priorities. The State
has expanded its scrutiny of all State-funded courses offered by individual community
colleges and is in the process of keeping us updated by issuing letters, memoranda
and legal advisories. As we receive the information, we will share it via the links
below. Links to documents regarding changes and proposed changes to Title 5 regulations
are also included in the list.
